  • GOE-QAU inspects and assures; it does not grant accreditation.
  • GOE does not award credentials or determine grades.
  • Education institutions retain academic authority.
  • Government regulators retain statutory licensing and enforcement powers.
  • Membership does not constitute Centre accreditation.
