A connected set of public policies makes institutional responsibilities, safeguards and routes for raising concerns easier to find and understand.

Clarity is part of quality

The new public information environment brings together governance, privacy, safeguarding, accessibility, complaints and legal notices. Its purpose is to help learners, institutions and partners understand what the Network is responsible for, what participating institutions retain authority over and where concerns should be directed.

Practical accountability routes

Visitors can review how Centre complaints and appeals are handled, how personal information is treated, and how safeguarding or accessibility concerns can be raised. The content also reinforces that GOE Network accreditation applies to a Centre’s facilities and support services—not to the academic awards of participating education providers.
