What the Network does
GOE Network provides the institutional architecture required to coordinate the global mission, accredit local access facilities and sustain accountable collaboration.
Coordinate the GOE Initiative
Set strategic direction, align participating actors and support country and institutional implementation.
Accredit GOE Centres
Grant, renew, condition, suspend or withdraw Centre accreditation through approved decision processes.
Advance quality assurance
Maintain standards and assign GOE-QAU to undertake assessment, inspection and monitoring functions.

Create lawful, non-exclusive pathways for institutions, governments, funders, communities and technology partners.

Considers assessment evidence and exercises formal decision authority under approved rules.
GOE-QAU
Operates independently in technical assessment while reporting through authorised governance channels.
Policies and accountability
Governance instruments, privacy, safeguarding, accessibility, complaints, conflicts controls and corrections will be published as they receive formal approval.
Institutional boundary: GOE does not teach, award academic credentials or replace competent statutory regulators. Participating institutions remain responsible for their academic programmes and credentials.
